I basically come here only for medication for my child and its ALWAYS an hour-2 hour wait. Always with an appointment. FOR ONE PERSCRIPTION. Most ridiculous thing ever. After making me wait an hour and 45 minutes for the last time I finally said something then suddenly the dr can come in and visit us. I asked for double meds so I wouldn't have to come back, she agreed THEN GAVE ME HALF. If I can't even get a decent prescription visit, what happens if my kids are really sick ? My daughter needed dermabond yesterday...we walked right in and Dr. Rezk and the nurse were great with her. I really appreciate not having to go to the ER for an urgent issue. Great job guys!!
The telemedicine was super easy and super fast. Thank you all so much for helping my son and I stay safe and get the care he needs. It stops the wait in the waiting room where I feel like my son gets sick every time. Which means I get sick to. This definitely was an awesome way to see the Doctor . I hope that telemedicine stays permanently!
