We switched to rainbow a year ago almost and have zero regrets. The office staff is amazing and no matter how many times I call as a worried mom they treat me with respect and are always willing to find a solution. We love to see Mrs. Miller and she is so personable. She always greets us with a smile and listens to every single concern I might have and provides the most amazing advice. Rainbow pediatrics needs help in the billing department. They will charge you for things that should have been covered by insurance and then give you the runaround. They show no interest in trying to help get it resolved.

We love rainbow pediatrics! There has never been a time when we couldn’t get in for a sick visit, a time where they wouldn’t listen to my concerns and rush me out the door, or accept my parenting decisions for something I chose to do that was different than their advice. We are happy clients that enjoy supporting a phenomenal local business!!!
We moved here from NY and feel a bit disappointed in some of our new physicians in general. We are so blessed to have found Dr. Richter. She shows the ultimate compassion for our boys, everytime she sees us. She is so thorough and always treats my children as if they are her own.
