I bought my 2018 GMC Truck in October of 2017. Since then every time I go to get my oil changed or have them check something. I have to make appointments, for a oil change. REALLY! They never fix anything that is wrong outside of the oil changes I have had done. Granted it's been ticky little stuff, but what is the point of saying "hey this doesn't work" then never fix it. Rainbow GMC service department is a joke. Go to another GMC dealership if you want your vehicle taken care of.
Vincent and Anthony were awesome!! Great people! They were patient and accommodating and determined to get me what I wanted. They went above and beyond all expectations. Thank you!!
