RecommendedGreat Dealership!! I’ve done business with Rainbow GMC for the last 10+ years and have never had anything but positive experiences with them. Everyone I’ve had dealings with from the owner, the management team, salesmen, to the service department, have all been knowledgeable, accommodating, fair, and honest. Overall a great Dealership that goes out of their way to make you feel like family.
Had a part issue and they were able to take care of it. And it was all covered by the warranty.
My husband dropped off his truck in February 2018 due to his air conditioner going in and out and after a week of them having it “they couldn’t find the problem” and sent us on our way! meanwhile he still had a warranty and this is where we purchased the truck from brand new. I didn't have luck at other dealerships and from the second I walked up to the doors of Rainbow, I felt at ease...they made a miracle happen and got me into a certified pre-owned Verano that's nicer than the vehicle I needed to replace after being in a rear end collision. ***Do not buy from this dealership - the customer services is terrible- in the last 2 years we have bought 2 vehicles from them and every time we dealt with them the attitude from the employees was very cold and they were not here for you the customer- this is very frustrating when you have spent over $100,000 at their dealership- Britt in finance was very rude and did not even try to make things right with us - and all of this is about $300 with of tires.. They ran my credit as a different income when I went in to look at cars and when I went somewhere else that approved me for a new car until they ran my credit and this rainbow has put in different amount of income than what I have them! Now the other place can't approve me because this rainbow has messed my credit up!! Not happy!!
