The worst customer service I have ever experienced tell you they got you approved u leave and the sales manager screwed up the paperwork and now you aren't approved. Try to call manager and can not get them to call back. spoke to the owner and he was very rude unprofessional refused to help in any way. I will never go there again. I recommend no one go there.

Ive never let a review on any company’s page good or bad but I had to for this. Agreed on a price on a vehicle over text message, drove over a hour and half to get the vehicle just for them to say the vehicle had been sold that morning. Nothing was said about the vehicle being sold until I arrived and they had a truck pulled out front that was similar to the vehicle I was buying and put me in the vehicle. Issues with one of the electric doors, finally called us in to look at it, they attempted to fix the issue with electrical tape. Found out water leaks in the back hatch area when it rains, attempted to contact some several times, no call backs.
This is our second car from rainbow in a year and we are very pleased with the service we received. Thank you Matt!!
My husband and I just purchased a 2019 GMC Canyon from Rainbow GMC and I must say it was probably the easiest transaction I’ve experienced yet in an auto purchase! JR (finance sept), you were patient and understanding of my concerns and questions. Even found a way to get us every possible rebate!
