DO NOT use them. Unprofessional. We have been waiting since June to get our home put back together after a water heater leak. They measured and ordered the supplies to restore but it never showed up. They show up without an appointment and now the people that were doing the repair no longer work for them. our new water heater sits tilted to the left. They built the stand and they used tape to connect the gas exhaust. Very dangerous!!!!

BEWARE! That would be the best word that I can think of to describe this outfit. Key reasons why you should NOT give Rainbow your business: No communication! Extremly Unprofessional! Walked out no notice without finishing their work and they LIE! In a casual conversation I would usually use a much more colorful string of words to describe something that is as aweful as this company but I do not want to give them an excuse to take down my review! Rainbow International Restoration ****************************************************, has 2 b the worst company I've ever encountered in my life! They lack all the qualities a business should/does instil! They packed/moved/stored my belongings. They are the most dishonest, no integrity, no ethics company, that unfortunately my landlord @ the time hired this pathetic company, after the flood in my condo 07/2020. They are so slow and dishonest!!! They said they would have a fence the day after the fire it took them 2 weeks after my stuff from yard started to disappear also took them 3 and a half weeks to get a dumpster that was supposed to be there in 48 hours after fire so don't trust anything they say they are cons!!!!! This company did a very good job drying out from water damage, referred to as 1st team. Because they were so professional we went with their reconstruct team. 3 months in a hotel later home is a terrible mess. We have been lied to on a regular basis. More damage done now. Which we will have to have someone else redo. We are so worn out from this, we are going to give up. Time to hire an Atty, as I have photos of all the damage.
