Second time that I have taken in a pair of shorts with a broken drawstring to be fixed and second time I’ve been charged $6 for them to pull the remainder of the string out to where you can’t tie the shorts vs. replacing the drawstring entirely. When asked the employees that work there they said what else are we supposed to do with it. I said, replace the entire drawstring! Not sure if I’ll ever go back!
A huge shout out to Rainbow Cleaners and Herron Rowland! I have known Herron for many years and am so impressed with his outstanding business and customer service! Rainbow Cleaners went above and beyond for me, and their employees are so friendly. This is such a wonderful dry cleaners service. I highly recommend them to everyone!
