I had a quick turn-around order (within one business day) a few weeks ago because the place I was staying in Oxford didn't have a full-sized ironing board and I'm bad at ironing in the best of circumstances. They did a great job with only a very nominal upcharge for express service. And today, Herron, the owner, offered to pick up an order for my son. Being new to the area, I am very pleased to have Rainbow Cleaners as an option.

Ruined two dresses of mine and would not do anything about it. Said it was no way it was there fault something could be damaged while in their hands. Very poor customer service.

If you're new to Oxford area please beware of this cleaners!!!! I was new to Oxford area and thought by the looks of the facility that they were a world class operation and oh how wrong I was !!! I picked up my first ever drop off and found that they had given me a shirt that was not mine, every white shirt I own is one brand and has my initials on the sleeve, when I tried to explain this to them the two ladies all but called me a liar and the shirt they gave me was the one I dropped off.
