Phenomenal service! They were able to fix a 6 month 4xe problem other dealerships couldn’t. They provided the best service and Lynn kept me up to date with the process. So far the best service experience I’ve ever had with a Jeep dealership!!!
This dealership advertises low online prices but adds $3,000 in mandatory add-ons when you’re ready to buy, a bait-and-switch tactic. The sales manager was dismissive and unprofessional, making the experience even worse. If you want honest pricing and respectful communication, look elsewhere.
Went to get a front end alignment, was told it was done and that tech drove it to verify. Paid $200.00. Get on hwy, pulls more than it did before, brought it back, Service manager said they did alignment again. Was told by him Jeep drivers want their Jeeps to drive better than they do. Would not give me a refund, after I sat there 4 hours and Jeep is worse now then when I brought it. Horrible, now I have to bring somewhere else and pay more money.
Brought Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation. Nice dealership. Service department always friendly.
