Bought vehicle from them, 3 weeks later started having issues. Now my vehicle has been in service for 6 days........6 days and they called and said it's not covered under warranty. 6 days it has taken them to figure out what is wrong with it. Will never purchase from them again

I recently spent a night in MCComb on a trip to the coast, and called Rainbow CDJR about getting a appointment for a oil change and tire rotation, the lady said none was necessary to come & to on in, when I arrived at the service department just after 8 I was greeted by a lady with a smile who immediately checked in my Jeep vehicle, then led me to a waiting area where she offered coffee, water, snacks, and even a ride back & forth if I wanted to go eat breakfast, within minutes my vehicle was on the rack being serviced, mean... read more

I'm very impressed with the Service Manager who takes a personal approach which is great improvement over previous Service Managers. I needed warrantee work and after getting the part that was a special order item (remember supply chains are a bit iffy these days (not their dault) it was installed. I was really pressed for time due to an extremely sick wife and he ensured I was in and out - THANK YOU!

I have a 2016 ram in their shop to be fixed and while they can't help the part availability there has been no communication. I have called multiple times and for two days going on 3 I'm waiting on my call back from the one person that is dealing with my truck. Juat a side note that my truck which I purchased from them has been at their location for almost a month while I'm still making my monthly payments
