Loved the trip!
Incredible experience going over the Niagara falls, people were friendly, great pilot showing everything you could possibly want to see even taking you on the canada side. I would highly recommend flying with them
This was an unexpected stop on our way out from seeing Niagara Falls. It was my birthday (7/13) and that made this ride a special memory. 🥰 Staff was friendly, welcoming, and explained everything thoroughly. I can't tell you about the ride because its something that NEEDS TO BE EXPERIENCED!! I would 100% do this again!
My granddaughter and I had a great time! We were well taken care of by the entire crew!
Everything was going good till we saw mismanagement by staff. We arrive 40 minutes before the counter was open. Only two guys were sitting, surprisingly when the counter opened it was minimum 15 people before us. When i asked they all started fighting in there language. I was very embarrassed! Feel sad because of few people we have to take back bad memories. I feel staff should have some token method. Else ride was okay kind off. We got yellow helicopter, quality was very poor.
