I was very impressed by Ms. Duran. She made things go very smoothly for us. I would have been lost with all the paperwork if not for her. She helped us put in our bid and then negotiate a price that was below the asking price!! She went the extra step and helped me find moving boxes. She goes the extra mile for her customers.

Raina and John were fantastic assisting us in purchasing and then selling our home in Cotati. Raina even assisted in finding us an agent in the Sacramento area as we were unfamiliar with the area. Raina Duran helped our family buy a home in Santa Rosa this summer. We relocated from out of state and we choose to work with the Duran team as they had many years of experience in the Santa Rosa area. We also had a friend of a friend refer us to the Duran team as well. We never felt rushed or pressured when looking at all the houses in the area.
