They are very thorough, friendly and kind people. There was no cutting corners or rushing- no pressure to rush to pick your color! They have so many polishes and they’re color coordinated. The polish on one of my toes had something in it and I went back in. They fixed it, refused to charge or accept a tip. They are 40 minutes from my house, but it’ll be my new spot. It was also my birthday and they gave me a gift, so sweet! Thank you!

Stopped here 4/16/24 I got a gel pedi with lavender mud mask and ten minute massage + gelx tips coffin shape + designs for $145. I made an appointment that same day for 530 pm and i didn't have to wait past my appointment time at all!! The nail tech Jay explained the difference between traditional acrylic vs gelx process and how/why it's better. I will never go back lol. My experience at Rain Nail Spa with Jillian and Jay was phenomenal! They are incredibly polite, creative, and skilled at what they do. I didn't take before pictures, but I'm adding photos from 4 weeks later—they still look fantastic! I can't wait to visit them again this week. Highly recommend this spa and their talented team! *I will update the latest pictures soon.
