Listen to their customers and the instructions they provide. There is no customer service at this business whatsoever and no skill set to perform the work for which they were hired. They did not even pick up the phone or call me back when I attempted to discuss my disappointment and disgust with their services.

I had my two dogs groomed last week at Rain Dogs, Gordie and Cooper, and I couldn't have been more pleased with their care. It was brought to my attention, that their ears were not getting cleaned properly, by our previous groomer. We are new to Florida, so I am so happy to find a new groomer that shows such care, and concern for my puppies. Thank you, Jennifer
New to the area just brought my two Maltese’s and they are great! Crate free grooming and had both dogs done in 2.5 hours. Cool seeing all the pooches hang out instead of being crated, which stresses both of my dogs out. Priced very reasonably too! Staff is excellent.
Jennifer has groomed our first Yorkie for 6 years and our second, rescued Yorkie, for 3 years. As the saying goes “We tried the rest and found the best”. Thanks you Jennifer for your loving care with our kids, Mia and Toby. Love the video of our Mia that you have posted here Jennifer. Where’s Toby?
