HIGHLY disappointed!! I had my son evaluated on a zoom call back in November, still to date, I have not received his results, despite me calling and leaving messages multiple times and emailing multiple times. My son can not get further help without his evaluation results. I even drove to the address and this office is nowhere to be found. This place screams FRAUD. They take the payment and then pretty much just say "screw you".
The patient portal makes communication straightforward. Dr. Railey is a pleasure. I expected to have to wait longer to get on the calendar, but it was a matter of filling out and submitting a bit of paperwork, and we had our first appointment in less than a week. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
literally some of the worst communication between dr and receptionist, waited over an hr on a telehealth that the sob never attended. If PAIN MNGMT REFERS YOU TO THIS PLACE DEMAND SOMEWHERE ELSE
Did not even have to walk in to realize this Dr's anger is out of control . I was cut out of my son's assessment for what reason, I still don't know. I got conflicting stories from his assistant and the Dr. . Any Dr that gets angry with a concerned parent that is being denied the ability to represent his child should seek employment elsewhere. The overall 1 star review is honestly giving this Dr. too much credit. There is no way i can trust this man with my child.
Very unprofessional, very unorganized had two appointments that the doctor did not show up to either one Need to do better I would give them a zero if was allowed
