I contacted this provider to inquire about scheduling a psychological evaluation. During the phone call, which lasted only a few minutes, I requested an appointment for an evaluation. My request was declined, and no reason or referral to another provider was offered. The interaction felt abrupt and somewhat dismissive. Stepson has an initial teleheath appointment this afternoon. My husband took half a day off work, picked his son up early and the dr never showed to the appointment. Total waste of everyone’s time. Tried to phone the office and went straight to voicemail. Their voicemail was also FULL. We waited approximately 1.5 hours on the telemedicine session. EDIT: Two years later and no one ever followed up or contacted us to reschedule or apologize.
HIGHLY disappointed!! I had my son evaluated on a zoom call back in November, still to date, I have not received his results, despite me calling and leaving messages multiple times and emailing multiple times. My son can not get further help without his evaluation results. I even drove to the address and this office is nowhere to be found. This place screams FRAUD. They take the payment and then pretty much just say "screw you".
The patient portal makes communication straightforward. Dr. Railey is a pleasure. I expected to have to wait longer to get on the calendar, but it was a matter of filling out and submitting a bit of paperwork, and we had our first appointment in less than a week. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
