Dr. Appasamy spent an hour with me carefully going over my chart and made sure that he understood my complex medical history. He was kind, had great follow through and with his help I am feeling much better. I think that he is terrific.
Waste of time. After waiting several months for this appointment, I was extremely disappointed. My sense is that Dr. Appasamy is the sort of specialist who only cares if you have a severe and potentially novel issue to work through. As someone with moderate acid reflux and gastritis he was entirely unhelpful. I was looking for help managing my symptoms because after trying numerous PPI medications I cannot tolerate the side effects (severe migraines).
