I'm giving a poor rating to Rags Riches because of their policy of doing business. I Received a cap as a gift and had receipt to return merchandise. They refused to give money back because I did not had the credit card that the cap was bought with. The answer given to me was that whom ever purchased the cap in first place knew their policy. IT'S FUNNY there was nothing posted to such policy. They did had posted however that receipt was required for return for exchanges.
