Good vibes and fun atmosphere, but disappointing finish. Not much fanfare for winners. A small cash prize, shoes or even a little recognition would go a long way from the competition. After all that work, a cupcake and a finishers metal was a little disappointing.

Absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. The entire FL Keys race cancellatiom debacle was been a trainwreck from day 1. Received email notifying me refund checks were mailed 12/18 yet by 1/18 I still hadnt received them (2 teams registered). I immediately reached out and as of 1/22, after sending 3 follow up emails, 1 voicemail, and 2 posts/comments on the this FB page as a desperate attempt to get someones attention, I have STILL NOT received my checks OR received a response/answer from anyone at Ragnar abo... read more
I have done 3 Ragnar races now (2 road and 1 trail) and have had a great experience. It's true that at times the course can be poorly marked, but I find that at about 75% of the races I run. When I did Las Vegas I was supposed to get. Double medal, something went wrong in the system and they didn't have my info (apparently this happened to a lot of people at this race) they were polite and apologetic about this and said they would mail me my medal and "a little something extra".
