Before I leave a detailed review of how my experience is currently going, could I have the general manager of chastang contact me. UPDATE I was contacted by the general manager within a few hours of my review. He explained the issue I had was caused by technical difficulties. He worked with me to make sure I was a happy customer and made things right for me. The salesmen Reggie was extremely nice and treated me with respect and was able to get me a good price on my trade in. The truck I bought was cleaned and in excel shape.
We had a great experience dealing with Chastang. Chris King was very informative and helpful as we chose our Ram 1500. He went above and beyond in getting us the best deal possible to accomodate our family needs. It was a quick and easy experience dealing with a great finance manager, Tanya Raley. Outstanding service overall!!! We highly recommend choosing Chastang!!! We will definitely be back for our future purchases. Proud to be a part of the Chastang family!

Liem Nguyen, Mike Norris and Tanya Raley made my day on a new RAM. I had 2 different trucks that I was considering to buy and one was in a different town. I talked to Liem on the phone and and then went to visit. Liem and Mike got together and made me a deal on their vehicle. They also gave me a very good trade in price and that is what mainly sealed the deal.
