The service department is the worst! I had my truck in there for a roof leak after four days nothing was done, the head liner wasn’t looked at the rear third light wasn’t replaced, my extended warranty wasn’t contacted about even paying for the repairs! I was having to pay for a rental just so I could get back an forth to work! I picked my truck up an told the service manager I would not be back! I have worked with Don E Conley III for over 18 years purchasing vehicles. He has always done amazing in getting me what I need and want and if anything goes wrong it is fixed ASAP (rarely happens) Eventhough he is in the finance dept, he got me with an amazing saleswoman, Carole Hill, and the whole process was quick, professional, and I was in and out in like 30 minutes.
