Purchased my trailer April 2019. Needed warranty work done, brought it in in January. Said they were going to get it taken care of. I checked in every couple weeks and they kept telling me parts were on the next shipment. Then was told beginning of May that it was never even ordered. So I took more pictures and sent it in. I have to always initiate the conversation just to be given another excuse Trailer still not repaired.
Requested Information 3 days in a row last week through online contact form on website and NEVER received a response.
