Ragged mountain got me running after years or being unable to run distances, years or surgery recommendations, PT, MAT, cross training, rest, injections and even acupuncture. I am partial to Working with Alec who always makes time to meet with me, answer my questions and write a script. Shout out to Alec! However, I trust each and every staff member. They simply are the best of the best!
I called to try to talk someone about getting employees assessed for the right type of shoes, but was hung up on. Will take my business elsewhere, thanks.
Walked around the store for nearly 25 minutes without being spoken to or greeted. It was impossible to tell who was an employee and who wasnt as no one wears any identifying clothing or name tags, therefore making it quite difficult to know whom to ask for help. The parking and access to your store is worse than horrible. Your store comes quite highly recommended but after this visit, there is no chance I will come back for a second impression. Who knew finding the perfect running shoe could be so easy!? My only regret is not paying attention to the guy's name who helped us to give him the recognition he deserves for his friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
RMRS does an awesome job at fitting each costumer with the correct shoe. I was recently fitted for running shoes to use at VMI and they are amazing. I will definitely return to Ragged Mountain in the future to be fitted for running shoes.

It was a wonderful experience going in there. What a wonderful family owned business. They do a great job in fitting you. They take their time and really know what they are doing! Highly recommend it!
