My son Jacob Jones started running cross country this year. I so wish I knew the name of the man who has helped us both times...because he remembers my sons! He remembered what brand, what size, and what school Jacob goes to...and our visits to him were months apart! They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Jacob has many miles left to run and this will be the only store we go to for his shoes! Thank you!

Great customer service! The person helping me was patient, knowledgeable, and fitted me until we found the perfect shoe. I loved the shoes so much, I wore them out of the store! This store exemplifies why face-to-face, full service stores still have an important place!

Old school running store where you will get professionally fitted. If you ask anyone in town where is the best place to get running shoes they will tell you Ragged Mountain, because it is the best place in town to get running shoes. Great service and selection, you can't go wrong.
