Great first experience today at RMRS. I was having some knee pain early on in my training program for my first half marathon. Two very helpful staff members took the time to ask me questions and closely examined my gait. They determined an insert to address my lack of an arch should help. I appreciated that they didn't automatically try to sell me a new pair of shoes when the ones I have still have some life in them. When it does come time to retire my shoes further into my program, I will be returning to RMRS.
It was like coming home, after little running since knee injury in 2011. I had dabbling with some running since in my old shoes, and I started some heal pain in the last month. Came in for new shoes and Alec suggested the Aristar Boost. These shoes feel like supportive marshmallows! The morning after my first run in them, I had a fraction of the heal pain and it's getting better. So, good to see everyone. Glad Mark was in the house!
