Don’t EVER buy a house from this builder!!!! The design makes no sense at all and the he cuts corners EVERYWHERE. The front door literally had water POURING down it INSIDE the first time it rained hard here. Can’t imagine what would happen if we had prolonged rain. I have NEVER seen this happen before in my life and I’ve lived in over 20 places. Untrustworthy, undependable, lazy ass builders. Don’t waste your hard earned money, you deserve better. They suck. PERIOD.
