He yelled at my parents after my mother asked for a referral to see the optometrist he yelled back & said “for what” ugh… they’re entitled to an eye check sir. I would think he would want his patients to be in optimal health. He kept yelling at my dad “are you sure? You’re going to die”. Well, that & maybe Optum should stop pushing numbers so this doctor doesn’t get so stressed out- clearly he can’t handle the amount of patients & ends up yelling at them.
Best Dr to deal with. So caring and listened very well to all my concerns.
