We ordered chips and queso.. It was bland, so was asked for jalapeños and they were not even spicy. Just tasted like vinegar. We each had about 2 of your “freshly made tortilla chips” This was my first time ever eating at Rafferty’s and it will also be the last. I was extremely hungry, but did not order anything else, because the appetizer was so bad. Also there is nothing for vegetarians.
