If you know what you're doing, Rafferty isn't bad. They're not too excited to make deals but if you show them you know what you're talking about (which isn't too hard cause most of them don't know anything about the product you're selling) you have a better chance of getting a good deal. If you don't want to waste time and argue for a good deal, go to Concordville and talk to More Laraki he will give you the best deal you'll find anywhere without having to haggle!
