RecommendedGreat, friendly service. They are thorough, detailed, and I have never felt that they were pushing me to get services I didn’t need.
In the past four months , I have spent over $5600 in the service department to install a used engine and over $800 to replace a fuel pump here. I consider myself a good customer. I will never spend another dime at Rafferty because of the unsafe behavior I witnessed, actually more because of Rafferty management response to the Unsafe bevavior. Never fixed the leaking sunroof after two attempts. Had to go to another dealer to solve the simple and obvious problem (clogged drains)

Amazing service and customer service!
I love the quick service option. This was my first time back at Rafferty Subaru for service is a few years. As usual the staff is super nice and welcoming and the service was really quick. Drove in at 11 a.m. on Saturday morning and was back in my car by 11:39a.m. 6k oil change and tire rotation. The renovation is amazing. Great job Rafferty Subaru!
