Car had serious motor issues. Dealership lied about alot of things, inconsistent paperwork, just a very shady dealership and i would never advise anyone to buy from them
Picture of the Navigator was NOT what they had. Left work and drove an hour to go see this SUV and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. FELT VERY DECEIVED! Total waste of time, time away from work and money to go look at it. Would NOT recommend
Someone replied to my inquiry with a name and number but wen I called they never answered.
I’ve purchased from them before. That’s why they were the ones I reached out to when I saw what I was interested in. Reasonable, helpful, and if there’s something you don’t like, the manager will fix it before you leave the lot.
Responded within 24 hours. Gave me info on car and a number to contact them. Very knowledgeable and professional. Jennifer, the secretary, answered many questions I had regarding car. Edgar, the salesman, was honest and even researched a couple of questions I had regarding this particular type of car. I was a good hour drive away, so I wanted to make sure the drive was worth my time. Would highly recommend!
Called to get info on car. I was told it's still available. I asked what the out the door price was to ensure I bring enough money and was hung up on. I called back thinking it was a phone issue but when I asked the same question got hung up on again. So this company is not professional. I was a paying customer with cash in hand and they lost a sale.
They were incredibly helpful and very nice. We received a great deal on both cars we bought, and they even held one so we could pick it up the next day.
Customer service was not ideal for a dealership, enthusiasm was bland when asking about specifics regarding vehicle. In all I wasn't comfortable about viewing car.
