therapist in here practically harassed/threatened me more than once and nobody gaf im sure that the only reason I got put off from therapy was so I wouldnt get that person in trouble. but I suffered a lot because I NEED therapy and I NEED the medicine I was receiving. Had terrible terrible withdrawals. so unfair and cruel
We've been to almost every department here; everyone is always helpful and provide great care!
Showed up for an appt and it seemed like they had no idea about our meeting. Receptionist a bit rude. She sent us to another office that had no one I. It. We walked around wondering if we were in the right place. After waiting 30 minutes, I went back the receptionist. She checked me in for the third time, and we had to wait some more. Finally our specialist arrived. I understand we’ll need to wait at times, but really wish we were treated more like paying customers.
