Staff were super friendly when we arrived. Our baby stayed calm the majority of the visit. Examination was thorough. Appreciate the extended hours on weekends
I would not recommend this urgent care for your little one. I have been there 3 times, one back to back. On the first then second illness the doctor has misdiagnosed my child. They do not give you the time of day while you are there, the Dr comes in and without wanting to talk things over with you, they are short then they come up with an opinion and send you home with a written care packet. Easy to book an appointment, waiting time minimal upon arrival, Dr Keni, extremely knowledgeable took the time to listen to my concerns and explain what was going on with my child very clearly. Thank you!
It's a walk-in clinic, and reservations are pointless. Although they let someone in with a reservation even though the room was full of waiting patients.
We had the best experience here tonight. It is a gorgeous facility with friendly and efficient staff. This was the easiest urgent care experience ever.
