I called them I told him I just wanna know what day is my brother’s appointment one lady yelled at me and then he said she doesn’t tell me I’m giving all the information and then she’s she keep asking that’s not fair
This is a wonderful hospital!
We were 15 minutes late to our appt which took an act of God to schedule due to a childcare issue with my youngest son, to an hour appointment and the DR (Dr Ching Wang) refused to see us - we asked twice (I was on the verge of tears) and he refused to accommodate. The wait time for another appointment is 6 months. Will never go to him again. The staff are quite rude as well. Super disappointed in all aspects of Radys Neurology.
