Agree with other reviews. I had a great experience with Dr Friedman. My son needs help and she referred him to the neuropsych dept for an eval. They haven’t answered the phone I’ve called at least 20 times at different times of day. I’ve left 4 voicemails over 12 days begging anyone to call me back to schedule. No response.

I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the lack of support and accessibility within Rady’s Neurology Department. My child has urgent neurological needs, yet there is absolutely no clear way to schedule an appointment. I called them I told him I just wanna know what day is my brother’s appointment one lady yelled at me and then he said she doesn’t tell me I’m giving all the information and then she’s she keep asking that’s not fair
