They are taking care of the patients at all. Most of the staff are professional, kind and have good behavior. Their services are very good .

Called for an appointment, waited, when someone finally picked up they want your insurance info. Then she says, "the doctors haven't released their schedules so we have no appointments and no way to know when the next appointment will be". What?? Why would you verify my child's insurance if you know you have no appointments? If you can't figure out the schedule how can you be trusted with a child's BRAIN?!?!? I was told to call back next week or the week after.

I used to give this place a 5 star but recently I cannot do that. My son suffers from seizures. They let him lapse on his medication, do not respond to calls, emails on mychart, etc. Now, he's suffering immensely and we are headed to the emergency room AGAIN because it seems they just don't care? My poor guy.

Elevator broken. Walked up 4 flights of stairs with my infant daughter to make the appointment. Front desk hens still gave us trouble for being less than 6 min late and threatened to reschedule. Take your kids somewhere else that actually cares about children.

Sadly Dr Graves was not what I was hoping for my girl. From day one they asked us if we wanted to have Nicole in research programs. At first I said yes but with the agreement that the research would not blind them from carrying for her. On our first appointment the dr aasistant did tests for the research but when it was time to talk of my girl with the dr, she did not have much time.
