This is a wonderful hospital!
We were 15 minutes late to our appt which took an act of God to schedule due to a childcare issue with my youngest son, to an hour appointment and the DR (Dr Ching Wang) refused to see us - we asked twice (I was on the verge of tears) and he refused to accommodate. The wait time for another appointment is 6 months. Will never go to him again. The staff are quite rude as well. Super disappointed in all aspects of Radys Neurology.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don’t know if it’s because I’m younger or not or I “don’t understand how a office works” but I’m sure if I called in November of 21 I would have an appointment to check a mass on my spine. It hurts a lot! But no one called back. I’m glad I’m moving to hawaii I heard they are great out there.
