I had a wonderful experience with supportive doctors and nurses who made my stay as comfortable as possible. I could tell the nurses really loved their jobs. Physical Therapists were encouraging and motivational, empowering me to push through and accomplish small goals that were set. All the nurses and physical therapists, along with surgeons and anesthesiologist, instilled confidence and had good communication with each other and myself and my family. It’s so sad to say this that I came here today for help as my son has cavernous malformation in his brain and today he started not to walk good and he seem in pain been here for 8 hours my son is crying his head off I wanted to take him out the room just for a couple of minutes the lady there was very rude and said you need to go back to your room I’m like he needs a break from being there for 7-8 hours now really now I have to call the neurologist to get back his results for his brain because I had to walked out the room my... read more

In reality I give them a zero. We brought my autistic nephew after a big fall and an urgent care recommended for him to get CT scan. When we arrive we were put in the room around 5pm we waited for Provider to place a CT scan ordered until 10pm and they could not get it done due to my nephew not being able to stay still at CT scan (kid is autistic) I told them he will need sedation in order to complete scan but they ignored us.
