Absolute Great Hospital for children, I take my daughter here for ER visits and they’re always fast, efficient and professional !!
My child was referred by our pediatrician to an orthopedic specialist at this hospital. I called to schedule an appointment and spent nearly half an hour on the phone answering endless questions, including even my husband’s SSN. In the end, the front desk staff member rudely told me that “we don’t need an orthopedist,” because “an orthopedist won’t help” and that my child supposedly needs surgery with a pediatric surgeon instead.
