I do not have words to express how grateful we are with all the care we received during our stay. Nurses were amazing. They are the ones that need the recognition for all they do for their patients.
No basic infection control protocol. The nurse that saw my son bleeding on the face put on gloves. But then she opened all the drawers, touched her phone, the computer and everything else with the same gloves. No basic infection control training. Then she put gauze on a big open wound using the same contaminated glove!
My son got a surgery and Staff is pretty amazing. All the doctors, and nurses are so kind, they were very attentive. Thank you so much
