Was a great experience helping those children with chronic illnesses. To see their faces while volunteering is a tremendous honor and privilege for me.
Had an appointment two weeks ago. Arrived 15 minutes early and they ran 1 hour 15 minutes behind. Had an appointment today and they ran almost 45 minutes behind. Absolutely unacceptable.
I arrived on time for my appointment, having completed all the required forms online beforehand. Upon checking in, the front desk collected my copay and asked me several questions for about 10 minutes, only to then inform me that I had 'missed' my appointment because I hadn’t arrived 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. I’m sad to see how low the rating is here. Yes appointments take a long time because it’s a high demand childrens practice that gets tons of referrals from doctors because they’re great at what they do. My now three year old saw Dr. Schairer for his eczema between about 6-18 months of age. Now he rarely gets a flare up and it’s typically due to weather changes and we know how to handle it.
