I want to say a huge thank you to Dr. Peru W Chu. She was absolutely wonderful. She spent almost 50 minutes with my son and was incredibly thorough, patient, and attentive. She carefully examined everything we were concerned about, answered all of our questions, and explained everything in a very clear and understandable way. We never felt rushed, and she made us feel very comfortable. It’s rare to find a doctor who takes this much time and truly listens. We are very grateful for her care and highly recommend her.

My experience at Children’s Pediatric Dermatology was beyond unacceptable. My 14-month-old had a new patient appointment scheduled for 8:50 AM, and although we were only a few minutes late, we were left waiting for nearly TWO HOURS with zero communication before finally deciding to leave. The front desk staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. What made the situation worse is the complete lack of remorse from the staff. Was a great experience helping those children with chronic illnesses. To see their faces while volunteering is a tremendous honor and privilege for me.
