I’m writing this because I had my appendix surgery at 9:30am Monday I had called today asking a medical question once they transferred me to the nurse the nurse refused to tell me what is wrong with me she refused to tell me if it was normal or not for what I have going on and she proceeded to try and boss me around on the phone after I told her I only have a medical question it’s a yes or no she refused to answer my question even though my question involved my surgery I could be bleeding internally or something could be wro... read more
Thank you team Ziulkowski!!! Rm 3135! From the initial check in, during surgery and post surgery, every single person was beyond caring, informative and compassionate. The care my daughter received was exceptional! Pain management was on point and I was comforted to see my daughter practically pain free from such a major procedure. Thank you to you all!! Absolutely unprofessional surgical team, my son has been there multiple times for something and we tried to get a surgery that was absolutely necessary to him and his health. The surgical team neglected us for hours upon this visit only to have a nurse tell us to keep doing the same treatment instead of a surgeon actually talking to us and looking at it to determine if surgery was necessary, this hospital does not care about our infant child and I absolutely will not EVER be coming back here.
