Our experience at the Emergency Department was extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about both patient care and billing practices. We brought our son in for a laceration on his lip and waited more than three hours before being seen by a physician. After the lengthy wait, the doctor spent only a brief moment examining him and informed us that the injury would heal on its own within a few days. This review has nothing to do with the staff (other than the rude security guards who treat you like you’re a pain to them and hate their jobs) the nurses and doctors are amazing. My daughter came into the ER, then admitted, and we loved everything about it, until we were admitted. Our daughter is 15, with 4 older siblings, parents, grandparents, and friends all worried about her. My son has been coming here on and off since he was a baby. It has always been easy to access the different buildings, and parking is very convenient. A few years ago, during the pandemic, he had surgery and we stayed for more than a week. Throughout our stay, we had a great experience and always felt welcomed and cared for by the staff. It’s truly a great place with kind and supportive people. Only issue was the waiting time on the ER

My son has a heart condition that requires yearly check ups and last week he had appendicitis which brought us back. Every time I've been to radys their service is always top notch and u can tell they care about the kids, and love their job.
