Horrendous service and multiple times now wrongfully charged us for something that should be 100% covered by insurance and also caused multiple delays in getting it to us.
I’ve been trying to get a prescription refilled for over a week. I leave voicemails, get put on hold, phone calls ended and here we are a week later with no returned call and no medication for my child! So infuriating. Not helpful, hard to understand, don’t refill prescription, DONT EVEN ANSWER the phone, don’t return calls.
The pharmacy is being run by a brand new staff and “new ownership”. They are implementing a new system that has delayed my child’s medicine that he needs to live. I had to call on 3 separate days to get my child’s medicine order. Finally on the 3rd day I was told it was going to be ready in 10 mins. I then drive 1 from home to pick it up to only see them pour my child’s compounded medication from one bottle to another. I’m am not even sure if it’s the correct medication. Be careful and provide feedback to Rady’s.
Surgeons are amazing. Specifically Dr Ignacio; Dr. Brigger and Dr Chewning. Nurses are great for the most part. Facility is nice. But one BIG BIG flaw at-least from my son’s post op experience is the shared “floor” recovery rooms. My son is 5 months old and was post op surgery and on their way to going home, then we were transferred to a shared recovery room. Conmigo todo muy bien. Fue rapida la entrega, creo que tuve suerte. Donde no la tuve fue al momento de explicarme lo de los medicamentos, se molesto porque necesitaba interpretación, le dije que iba a tratar de entender, que estaba bien. En un medicamento me equivoqué cuando repeti lo que dijo y me hizo cara de exactamente como el emoji. Y me senti muy mal asi que como alumna regañada le volvi a repetir y fue que dijo que estaba bien. La verdad estuvo muy desagradable la situación ahi.
