The staff are very friendly
I came here today for an emergency for my daughter due to her having a nasty stomach bug and she started throwing up everything all the staff was very helpful and hands-on from the front desk to the security officer. When I was waiting in the lobby area the parent liaison Alex was very nice and helpful when my daughter throwing up in the lobby and had to help me clean it up and give her new blankets and a coloring book. As someone who has been to many hospitals before, I can confidently say that Rady Children's Hospital exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of by everyone on staff. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with plenty of parking available nearby.
