Horrible we went to the ER 9am and got discharged around 7pm something!!! This is unbelievable! ER staff didnt even offer anything to eat or drink for our 4yr old child! We had to go to the nurses station to follow up everytime whats our status! I would like to say thankyou to the RN marilyn from the recovery room who offered us something to eat and drink! after my child got seen by a surgeon. At the end of the day they didnt see anything. PA Schmitt is by far the worst provider I’ve ever come across. She was horrendously dismissive and negligent. We came in last week for my 7m old for a known HSV exposure, lesions on his lip, constipation caused by viral exposure, and several other nonspecific symptoms including drowsiness and irritability. Schmitt suggested that the lesions were a bruise (despite having active HSV blisters). I asked the nurses to bring someone back in to reevaluate, Schmitt came back in and was argumentative, clearly wanting us to go away. S... read more
