We're selling our home and the radon levels came back at 98. The home inspector quoted 3 systems with a cost up to $7,500. After a lot of research, my husband and I agreed we needed someone qualified and experienced. The home inspector wasn't certified to measure or mitigate for radon. We felt 3 systems was a stretch. Radon Systems 4U did a great job on my house. The quote I requested was very detailed. Nothing extra was added on and the price was very agreeable. They had some add on options I opted for with my system. The outdoor cover on the fan unit and the pump failure audible alarm were things I really wanted. The owner is very knowledgeable and has worked in the home construction industry for years.
