Awful experience with this particular NP Radmila Gaisinsky. Never again. Office staff is great.
I’ve been a regular patient of Radmila for the last few yrs. I recently asked her a question via Myhealth app messages, she told me to schedule an appointment with her and call her new office because she has moved. I asked a follow up question to the first one, it has been days and she has not yet reply. I was a patient of Radmila (family care provider , Philadelphia). Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. The doctor was negligent regarding my condition, did not listen to my complaints, and prescribed treatment that, in my opinion, was superficial and did not correspond to my actual symptoms. Sorry, but Radmila is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. She doesn’t listen to patients at all. If you work with people, you have to listen to them and try to help resolve their needs as a doctor, not blame them for coming and asking for help
