I had high hopes for this place when I first signed, but the new management has destroyed every single one of them. The "luxury renovations" are shoddy and definitely not worth the price or the hassle of dealing with the utter incompetence. Maintenance caused a leak in my fridge after "trying" to fix my ice maker (which still doesn't work) and that left water damage and mold in my floors and cabinets. This place is honestly one of the worst apartment complexes in the area. The quality is mediocre and the management is lackluster.
Everyone was so helpful during my application process and the apartments are beautiful I can't wait to move in today :)
I do not recommend this place. There is a speed limit of 10mph. Do you think people listen? Of course not. I was jogging today and some idiot speeding almost hit me. I told him to slow down and he told me to fu*k off. My lease will be ending in January and I will not be renewing.
I’ve lived at the Radius Palms for over a year now and I can’t say enough. I’m a nurse at Moffitt and not only is it a quick commute but the property is great. The staff are friendly, pool/ patio is maintained well, maintenance staff is prompt, and the complex is quiet. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking in the area.
Great Place! Location is my favorite thing about this establishment!
