The amount of trash flowing out of the receptacles is inexcusable. Trash day was 2 days prior to my tour, but I saw well over 100 trash bags with old food and diapers strewn about because they would not fit in the dumpster. The supposed "valet" trash pickup you pay extra for is clearly not adequate. This looks like a health code violation begging to be reported. A place that you pay more than $ 1000 for 1 bedroom and they cannot keep these areas clean. The first thing you see as soon as you arrive at your home after a long day at work. There is no security. The gate is always open.

Visiting my family we couldn’t even enjoy the areas. Pool was cloudy. Both. Specially the one behind the leasing center. Water wasn’t running. Means filter isn’t working. Lot of bacteria’s. Poor maintenance. Kids with no supervision. With bikes in the pool. No gas for bbq. Card access broke in all gates. Main gate always open (broke ). No security for residents
When it was St Croix it was great. When the new management came in it went down hill from there. Our rent increased by a lot, maintenance was a joke. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling the guy came in said that there was no leak and close the maintenance ticket. A week later part of the ceiling fell and they still told me I had no leak. Maintenance is incredibly slow to respond even on serious matters - they try to shift focus and blame - I have a mold problem because it took them 5 days and repeated calls to address a significant water leak (A LEAK!!!!!!) just to protect their own property they should have responded immediately! I had to call code enforcement. They nickle and dime you with bogus fees - and you will pay more than you agree to. RUN....DO NOT RENT HERE - I am breaking my lease.
Upset my rate was not what I was told when I seen on the website. I asked for a washer and dryer and it wasn't in my unit this was 3 months prior to my move in date. RIP OFF
