Roaches come with the apartment as an incentive. The gate stays broken and this invites criminal activity. I even have on paper that the manager states that safety is up to the client and that it is not up to them to report any crime(violation of the Better Business Bureau Decorum). Too much to even mention. I am counting the days to when my lease is over. People above me are so loud. they choose to do it late at night. stomping running and jumping. There are roaches but not in my apartment. I paid $80 out of my pocket and bought a toxic powder but noone has attempted to reimburse me. They smoke cigs and marijuana inside their apartment. I had to stop working because of it but they still want their rent though. I am living off of the Amazon covid fund which i receive because I am partnered with them.

Visitor parking is ridiculous! There aren’t any visitor parking at night. And there is no where for a visitor to park. Then they still have the audacity to Tow some one ? Makes no sense to me.
Bad faces when you demand what you pay for. Trash everywhere, valet service is a shame. old buildings without maintenance or cleaning. Lazy maintenance guys. Jacuzzi empty, or with cold water , gates always open,They tow your visitors car but they don’t tow this , probably a friend of them
Do not move here. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. No one cleans up after their dogs. Dogs poop next to my porch outside since I’m on ground level I see and smell it. Our shower leaks and it’s already been “fixed” twice. Now our bathroom sink leaks on one side. Nothing gets done or fixed. The dog park is disgusting, dog poop everywhere, and the sand is nasty. Trash is always over flowing on porches and the dumpsters. Can’t wait for our lease to be up.

i have been living here for about 6 months.. i will say that trying to enjoy the pool especially one by the gym is sometimes dirty looking cause people aren't picking up after them selves. I had my family over to enjoy the pool and i picked up a full bag of someones eles birthday party trash they had left behind. So if the community would pick up aftet them selves so all could enjoy it be fine.The entrance gate doesnt work 90% percent of the time so why pay for something like living in a gated community if the gate dont work... read more
