I have lived here since 2022 and up until management changed a year or so ago, my opinion on these apartments has changed drastically. When I originally signed, the leasing office and staff were very kind and helpful. Now with new management that is not the case. The leasing manager Rebecca, seems to have some weird hostility/conflict with me. No security, slow staff, bad area to live, suggest going nowhere near this place! Your welcome
Can you fix the water??? There has been no water OR very little water since Thursday. It’s been three days! I called Austin water a few times and they told me no works have being done around here, so it’s the community’s problem. Austin Water also told me someone called earlier as well. We need water!!!
I’ve been here since May, seems like any issues that were here have been resolved. The front gate is repaired, Bldg 3 still has a bush that prevents dashers from delivering to it often, but other than that it seems to be a great place to be so far :) It’s beautiful and quiet.
Great place to live and leasing staff are always super helpful! Apartments are nice and spacious too.
