NEVER STAY HERE. Keys fail every day - staff are indifferent and rude with a sense of entitlement especially the old ladies on the trip desks. Disgusting service.
Great service and the pools are great! A little rowdy at times but fun and has a relaxing hot tub!

These negative reviews do not at all apply to my stay, and I left another hotel in Orlando because it was too run down. Room was clean & comfy.
Nice, spacious and clean rooms.
Fine for a groupon one but the taxes you pay for the resort are not worth it cause there's no resort,there's just the pool and thats it, I've been to resorts and I know what it is.The room seemed old.
