People were awesome, St Patty's day parade was cold but the anti freeze was flowing. Everyone was wearing green all over. Why are the windows painted shut?

We have had 2 outstanding dinners recently at Carmen's restaurant. The chief has done an outstanding job putting together a 4 course menu at a great price.
I found the hotel to be absolutely beautiful with so much character, marble pillars and walls, high ceilings with stained glass, and nice, clean rooms. A great remake of an old train station. We would stay there again.
