So glad I found this little gem - close to everything in DTLA. Great staff too.
Terrible experience with this hotel. I needed to book a night for a concert nearby, but somehow in the mix of all the booking sites, my booking night was different from what I planned. When I called to get my booking refunded and moved to the correct date, they refused. I ate the cost of this trip and booked somewhere else. I understand that the booking mistake is my fault, but a hotel that puts service first would be happy to rebook and refund the mistake. Sad to see that's not how this hotel prefers to operate.
USC Hotel is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the U.S., especially for a 3-star property. I found it last minute and was genuinely impressed by the overall quality. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like coffee, water, a comfortable desk, and a good TV setup.
