RecommendedThe front desk cashier, #132, I feel awful for not asking her name sorry, was extremely friendly and helpful. Went the extra mile to find a cancelation after our long drive. The next morning Mae and Nae, who work breakfast, were fantastic. They were inviting, friendly, courteous, incredibly hardworking ladies. I'd stay at the hotel again in a heartbeat. Actually, might go out of our way to stay there on our way back from our trip!!!!
RecommendedHotel is very nice and clean. Employees are nice. Room is very spacious. The indoor pool was great for our kids to enjoy on a cold spring break afternoon.

Lack of cleanliness, and even worse was the lack of concern from staff when we showed them what our coffee maker looked like. They offered no apologies. I think they could use a lesson in Customer Service, not to mention better housekeeping practices.

Didn’t disclose the extra fee’s when i booked the room 3 months before when i asked about the price in the end. I wasnt planning on almost 50 bucks more in the end. Cheaper then a drunk driving ticket, but way overpriced even with the extras for club level offers. Ive stayed here 3 other times, and had same room for a hell of a lot less threw the years didnt know why they up’d the prices so much since last stay.
