Extremely accommodating and professional staff. I would highly recommend this location if you have to be in Wisconsin.
Very nice place to stay. Right in downtown lacrosse.
Very nice hotel. Stayed here because of a concert we where going to at the Lacrosse Center. The hotel is right next store. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was pleasant.
I had a great room on the 7th floor with a river view. My room was spacious, clean and equipped with welcome amenities. Special compliments for Matt (front desk) and Brandy (housekeeping). Matt went out of his way to take care of my requests. The staff in the plaza floor hospitality room (both happy hour and breakfast) did a great job, too...very friendly and accommodating!
Avoid it! Highly priced, no breakfast! Went to the restaurant the first night and the computer system was down so it was closed without a sign at the entrance so guests could make other plans. The second night we were attending a wedding reception and after walking the lengthy hall to the adjoining complex, the door was locked necessitating walking all the way back and walking the two blocks outside in cold weather after going back to our room for jackets! It the slums of Downey calisthenics staff is all Hispanic they don't speak to you in English they steal all our donations I have call the state board continually no results I'm ready to sue them can anyone help me look at these pictures��
