RecommendedTom and his staff at the Radisson are amazing to work with! They helped with my wedding a few weeks ago. Not only did they execute everything we pre-planned perfectly, they also delivered with a smile when I threw curve balls at them in the final days leading up to the wedding. Awesome team!
Hotel staff placed fraudulent charges on our card. 4 individual charges, not duplicates! Asked about paying cash when at check in and check out. (5 total payments that day, luckily getting cash back as card froze due to fraudulent detection, and had to travel home!!) Management and bookeepers didn't replace money in account until a week after our stay. They blamed everyone but themselves. Instead of blaming banks and corporates machines, they should put the blame on themselves not keeping their staff skilled.
Absolutely a beautiful view...nice place. 7th floor free cocktails 5-7 every nite with snacks. Wonderful place...

Very nice hotel. Stayed here because of a concert we where going to at the Lacrosse Center. The hotel is right next store. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was pleasant.
I had a great room on the 7th floor with a river view. My room was spacious, clean and equipped with welcome amenities. Special compliments for Matt (front desk) and Brandy (housekeeping). Matt went out of his way to take care of my requests. The staff in the plaza floor hospitality room (both happy hour and breakfast) did a great job, too...very friendly and accommodating!
