Great hotel
We went to the bistro for dinner yesterday while we were in high point for market and I've never been so disappointed. The service was awful, the steaks were not cooked right, we asked to talk to the manager and someone WHO WAS NOT THE MANAGER came out FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER WE PAID and said "well I guess I'm sorry you weren't satisfied". I hope were the only people you treated this way. I will never return.
Its a great place to stay the workers were very friendly. The only problem I had was The kids not being able to enjoy the pool. It was my son party & The only thing the kids really wanted to do was swim The water was so cold they couldnt enjoy it. The front Desk workers stated they were having problems with the pool. Other then that it was ok.
